I missed yesterday's item, can I still get one?

Oops, sorry! We sell only one deal during a day (our day starts at 10am). So you get a new deal everyday – that’s what makes us so Bindaas. But in order to give you really good deals every day, we need to keep everything real simple – business model, shipping and handling, procurement – everything. Therefore you can only buy the deal of the day, nothing else.

If we have any inventory of the item left over, chances are that it will appear again as a deal or a rapid deal. If we ran out of the inventory quickly and the demand for a particular product persists, chances are that we will try to procure it again and you will see it as a deal-of-the-day on our site. I'm a wholesaler/retailer – can I buy from you in bulk?

Why is COD option not available to me anymore?

Whenever someone places an order using a COD option, we verify the order with the person via a phone call. Once verified, we ship the order. If the person still refuses to accept the shipment, we have no choice but to remove the COD option for that person. For keeping the costs down for everyone, we follow a zero tolerance policy towards NON acceptance of COD shipments (obviously to keep unnecessary expenses out of the system).
