No bakwaas, only music.
Babbar: Arre O Rambha, kab laga rahi hai sarkaar hamare entertainment ke liye hill-top pe audio signal reception tower?
Rambha: Poore pachaas din baad sarkaar.
Babbar: Poore pachaas din baad! Hum aadmi paach aur tower sirf ek. Usme bhi pachaas din. Bahut na-insaafi hai. Aaak…thuuuu!
(Babbar’s famous music plays in the background)
Babbar: Are o Shanti, jab tak tera gaa chalega, tere Beeru ki saansein chalengi.
Beeru: Nahi Shanti, in #@$%& ke saamne mat gaana!
Shanti: Nahi Beeru!! Main Babbar ko gana sunaungi, sunaungi, sunaungi… because I’ve got the FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod which will play all the music from my iPod.
Vijay (Beeru’s best friend and partner in crime): Yeh Shanti bhi na…ghadi ghadi drama karti hai.
Babbar: Let’s start Shanti. Jaraa humko bhi sunao koi item number.
Shanti: Haan haan bhaiyya, abhi lo. Yun ki, humne toh Beeru ko bhi apne FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod ke bare me nahi bataya tha, but since you are so insistent, ab bataun kya, gana hi suna deti hoon.
Beeru: Nahiiiii Shanti!!!!!Nahiiiiiiiiiiiii!
Shanti: Oh God, Beeru, just chill man!
Maaliya: Babbar Sarkaar, humne aapka namak khaya hai. Humko bhi sunne do na FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod se gaana. Nahi toh I’ll complain to Sarkaar that you practice racial profiling in your gang.
Shanti (whistles zor se): Chal Shanno! Aaj teri Shanti ki izzat ka sawaal hai!! Le aa mera FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod aur baja de koi item number.
(A horse’s neigh is heard in the background and galloping her way out of a cloud of dust appears Shanno, Shanti’s horse)
Shanti: Saabaas Shanno!
Shanti takes the FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod, fixes it to her iPod and asks Babbar’s gang to join her in Beeru and Vijay’s legendary car. Babbar, Maaliya, the other gangsters and Vijay join her. Poor Beeru is still tied to a lamp-post while rambha is too weak to climb down the hill-top (and climb up again).
Beeru: Shanti, jaraa jor se chalana gaana. Jaraa main bhi toh sunu!
Shanti: Arre okay Beeru. Just chill man! So Babbar, which number do you wanna hear, dear?
Babbar: “Oooo… dilruba…o dilruba…ooo…ooo…ooo!”
Shanti looks for the song on her iPod, attaches the FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter to her iPod, turns on the music system of Vijay-Beeru’s car, sets the frequency on the FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter and matches it with the frequency of the music system and presses ‘Play’ on the iPod. The Chambal ki ghaatiyaan resound with the beats of the item number.
All the gangsters drop their guns and start grooving.
Rambha chills out on the hill top.
Shanno (the ghodi) starts tapping her hooves.
Beeru starts shaking to the song’s beats. With the force of his dhaai kilo ke haath, the handcuffs break and he gets free. He signals his friend Vijay. Seizing the opportunity they both run away leaving Shanti with Babbar and his gang of robbers in the Chambal ghaati.
Times change.
Shanti is all too happy to stay back. She changes her profession and takes up DJ-ing for Babbar and his gang of robbers. Shanno does the remixes with the taps of her hooves. Aaj kal there’s a party happening at Chambal ki ghaati every evening – thanks to the FmSound Wireless FM Transmitter for iPhone and iPod that streams high-fidelity stereo audio in all sorts of environments, the robbers have given up robbeing the nearby villages and pass their time in living life to the hilt!
Oh, and did I forget to mention, Ahmed Chacha has changed his favourite phrase from “itna sannaata kyun hai bhai” to “Hey DJ, turn up the volume!”
